yattle yattle!

Yes i know i've been gone for a really long time! Ha!
I'm alive, busy and very much alive and excited!!

So what have i been doing? Haha, I dont quite know where to start....
I've caught 6 fireworks in total! 5 in singapore, and 1 in malacca. Most fireworks viewing were planned by the boo, as for some, it was purely by chance that we passed by! I think the ones that were exhibited on the last day of CNY were the prettiest!
Mr Boo brought me to the spot where we could view it best! He's the sweetest, just to think of it!

We celebrated our 2nd year anniversary on the 13th, where we ate at this Korean place at the Heeren, then i went home and mugged for Managment Accounting test later in the night.

I sat for my test on the 14th morning, went home to pack my baggage, napped alittle, visited grandpa at the hospice for alittle while, then ate lunch, and left for malacca!
How exciting! A little roadtrip all by ourselves to celebrate our anniversary, and valentines day!
Whooppee!!

I enjoyed my little trip with boo alot, even though it was alittle short, and Malacca isn't the most exciting place on earth.
As expected, i wasn't very helpful with the road directions most of the time, and we ended up being rather lost while exploring the town area, but still managed to make our way to my apartment rather quickly.

We got lost again the second time, while exploring after dinner. We only managed to find our way back home after 2 hours!
We caught the fireworks, while we were playingthe game "master mind" in the room on the first night. It's a good view, coz the people over at Portugese settlement with the fireworks was just not too far away from the seaview from my place.

We hung out at Makohta Parade the next day and had Kenny Rogers for lunch. It's such a lip smacking experience! The chicken meat was so tender yet juicy that i couldn't have enough of it all, yet the ones available in Singapore is hopelessly tough, like you're chewing on wood. The boo did most of the shopping, and we headed home in the evening and took a nap, before waking up for dinner.

Alas! We were woken up by the pattering of the rain! As neither of us brought the umbrella along, we stayed home and settled for instant noodle that was meant to be supper! Luckily my sweetie had the foresight to bring along a few movies for entertainment, so we watched the Copse Bride by Tim Burton, while we ate dinner. It's entertaining, alittle morbid, but a nice ending nevertheless.

I superimposed us into the picture that we took for St pauls, coz it's impossible for the both of us to get pictures taken together, coz he's afraid that the locals would run away with my olympus. so silly but sweet, and i'll rather play safe too. Hee!

Our third day in Malacca, we did the tourist routine, and went exploring the St paul's church, the Stadturys, as well as to visit the 5 musuems around the red house area. Definitely enriching, historic and lots of stair climbing to do!

We walked alot, and got lost while hunting for the nonya restaurant that i recommended. Making the best out of the situation, we settled for some gui ling jelly in this herbal shop tt sells desserts, while i, chose the safe and friendly honey dew sago dessert!
Finally, we spotted the dinner place, when we were about to give up hunting.

So there we were, I guess the boy enjoyed the home made chendol best! Haha.

Being our last night in Malacca, we utilised our remaining time by exploring the town in the middle of the night, in search of any hopeful night life and supper place.
We chanced upon about 15-20 little motorbike coming together, about to start a race, just right in front of my place, i was rather amused to see that none were actually race bikes, but the typical ones with baskets attached in the front.

We drove around chinatown, in search of a particular chinese temple, and gave up trying after a few attempts.Ending my night with some duck noodles that's sold near my place, watching the Brothers grimm while enjoying our little supper.

Our last day there, we had lunch at this yummy shop that sells beef noodles, then went to explore the mini malaysia. It boast of having different architectural from the various malayan states, as well as ASEAN architecture. Definitely disappointing, as the place wasn't well maintained, and there wasn't much to seem as most of the houses was actually undergoing renovations. I felt so cheated, such a waste of time and money.

We reached Singapore in the evening on friday, and i'm never happier to see my beloved bed and pillows! But im sad that our little holiday had to end so quickly, coz coming back to Singapore, is like coming back to reality. It's such a dilema... the choice between the happy holiday and my beloved pillows! Sigh...
I hate to be reminded that i've got school tomorrow, and him having to work again.

I do hope that we'll be going on another trip soon.. it's just so addictive!

I woke up really late on saturday, to make up for all the lost sleep ( i've no idea why i was so tired, coz i clocked 10 hours a night while in malacca!), got dressed, snuck out for some icecream cakes at this place called the island ice-creamery at Serene Center! The cakes are just so pretty!!
I chose the muddy pie, and the Baked Alsaka to share with the boo, before rushing back home, to catch my ride for grampa's birthday dinner.

We had BBQ for dinner to celebrate grampa's and my birthday in advance. The prawns we had for for the night were HUGE! It's pointless for me to attempt to justify the size of the prawns coz you'll probably say that im exaggerating!
Hmpf! But i still want to!

The prawn was the size of the paper plate. Gawd, it's not some small paper plate, but the usual sized ones that most of us would use to hold our beehoon, curry and chickenwings. Yes, the prawn curled nicely onto that paperplate, and filled it up rather snugly. It's THAT HUGE!

After dinner, boo fetched me to Changi Aloha to attend Council's initiation chalet. Due to unforeseen circumstances, he had to wait at my home's lobby, until i got home, before sending me over to Changi. It was already 11 when i reached there. I felt really bad making him wait, coz he could have been doing better stuff, rather than fetching me to the other side of the island.

It's a long night for me at the chalet, as we had department sharing sessions then EXCO meetings, and everything only kinda ended at 6am for me.
Just when i am getting ready to play, the entire world is getting ready to leave! Everyone was everywhere picking up their bags, getting ready to catch the morning bus home. It was so disappointing, coz i was expecting them to be enthusiastic, despite the long day that they had.

We were much more enthusiastic last semester, where everyone chilled and talked by the pool side. We finished at least 5 bottles of Absolut Vodka last initiation day, yet, we barely finished one Bottle this time. How sad.

Playing the game of "i've never..." a handful of us finished the entire bottle of Absolut Apeach in 2 hours. When we left the Chalet at 8 in the morning, i can't quite decide if im looking and feeling shitty coz i'm tired, or was it the effects of the alcohol? Whatever it is, too tired to make any talks at all, i fell into a deep sleep while travelling home in the cab...

I woke up a few hours later, and i had my second advance birthday dinner with boo and his folks at Kallang's no signboard seafood restaurant.
We had the white pepper crab, steamed crab, brocolli with scallops, this cutesy stuffed tofu dish that i like, chilli kang kong, fried baby squids, and the yummy butter prawns!

Everything's so yummy that i kept eating non stop! I ended my dinner with Hashima for dessert, and the silly boy refused to try the Hashima, coz he's disgusted by it. Haha. Silly boy!

Whatever it is, i'll have to thank my silly boo, for everything that has happened for the past week, coz i don't think i'll really be writing this really long entry tonight without him.
And not forgetting all our little adventures together for the past 2 years...

Oh yes, ASOS is having sale! Da just tempted me into buying stuff online again!
Argh!!!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

psst! You're not stupid. I only said you're stupid, but I never thought that you're stupid, ok? =(

smirky

I've been a good girl these few days, i ate my medicine like any good girl should, and i drank water like a camel, and Im finally recovering from my flu.
I think it's all the drugs that i've consumed that speed things up alittle!! Yay!

Though, i do realise that it's rather unusual for a sick person to experience difficulties with falling asleep, despite all that wonkiness that medication caused.
No matter how wonky i feel, it's impossible for me to get rested sleep. So im looking very tired for the time being. Yes yes, battling with the common colds and chills is definitely hard work!

I went to watch Fun with Dick and Jane with boo boo today. The show's hilarous! Especially when Dick and Jane start getting desperate, resorting to showering, when their neighbour's sprinkler's on, and changing their Beemer to a little yellow Volkwagen i think.

Definitely a show worth watching, coz i think it's worth the laughter.
Now im starting to feel like im some movie critic, but hey, im sharing the good stuff with you, so why complain? Haha.

We managed to catch fireworks at the Padang for the fourth time this CNY! I think it'll be my last fireworks for 2006's CNY, and i must say that Im one satisfied girl.
*smirk*

Boo timed everything nicely, so they would coincide one after another. First the movie, then when the movie ends, we'll only need to walk alittle, and look for a nice spot, to watch all the fireworks!
We climbed onto those little spiral stairways at Marina Square, and the fireworks were right before my eyes! They're just so pretty!

Somehow, reality beakons, and it seems like i've got to start studying for the MAB test, whether i like it or not. 10 marks seem so difficult to score, and as usual, im just too lazy for words.... and much too lazy to start studying earlier.

Oh well...dont you just hate reality sometimes?

A Season for Love...

I was just bumming around at home, when Linda's phone call jolted me away from my far away land of day dreams. She wanted to catch a movie, and i didn't mind catching one, there we go.
=)

* 45mins later *

We met up at the Cineleisure, and we decided to watch a korean flick called "A Season of Love".
It sounded so romantic, and the pictures looked so happy and gleeful.

The actresses all look so pretty...but only 2 actors look cute. Judging from the pictures above, guess which 2? Haha!

The movie was portrayed in the same style as this other movie called "Love Actually", With 8 characters/4 couples and we see a different story, and a different lesson to learn.

I shan't go too much into the movie plot, in case i start bawling all over again...
Well. we ended up crying alot towards the end of the show, and Linda cried alot more than me.

"To live is to love, so as to live no regrets....."

Definitely something that anyone who's been through a relationship could relate to.
Since no one warned us that the show is gonna require lots of tissue, neither of us actually brought tissues along. i ended up wiping all that tears onto my pants to dry my fingers. =~(
Kinda messy, but it sure beats looking streaky.

I grieved so much for the fireman that didn't managed to propose to his girlfriend. On the night of the planned proposal, He died, while he was on duty. In his last few moments, he located a survillance camera, and signed languaged "I love you" to girlfriend, before he died.
I cried like mad to that scene, it's just so tragic.

Another tear jerking scene that got me weeping throughout, was the bonding the boy between his cancer striken mom. How he understood her love for him (those unspoken thoughts), when he chanced upon her hidden diary, and how she fought her illness, and remained strong for him.

Despite all that sad soppy scenes, there's loads of humour injected throughout the scenes, so it definitely kept me alternating between laughter, and sobbing.

Yes i know, im all emotional and soppy now. But some girls are just suckers for soppy movies, and im no exceptional.

Movie Review, incase you're interested. But definitley not suitable for Valentines day..unless you fancy your girl sobbing into your best attire....

still sick..and now a druggie

im still sick after so many day, and im practically drowning with my phlegm.I swear that i get so disgusted at the weird noises that im making subconsciously, that i jolt myself awake again. It's so gross!!!

SO i really didn't manage to sleep much, and i've finally decided to pay the doctor a visit.Just looking at all the medicine, i already feel like a druggie.

2 mint green pills the size of Panadol for my fever and flu.
10ml of yucky syrup for phlegm
another 10ml for the cough,
2 slim pills the antibiotics
1 tiny pill for my sore throat.

that's a total of 5 pills and 4 spoonfuls of medicine.
It's horrid.I nearly puked after im done with my first "serving" of drugs,
and i was tearing when im done with all the syrup.

So disgusting!!!!!Hate being sick...and now i feel drugged.... sleepy sleepy

oh, oh and before i forget,
i saw fireworks for the third time, while we were passing by the esplanade area this CNY!
Boy, they're pretty!!! and im glad to see them again.

i shall rave on and on abt the pretty fireworks when im not so drowsy ya?
i can't believe it..there's sch tmr again.

zzzz.........
I miss boo boo

Sick again, with a whole stomach of phlegm!

Urgh..! im sick again!
It started out as a little cough..then it progressed on to become some serious phlegm problem, and what do you know next? I'm down with fever!
I died at home the entire day, with absolutley no sense of humour, or mood to do anything at all.

Just plain misery lying in bed, sitting up is worst, and having aching bones is the worst part of it.
All the phlegm injested into my system made me feel pukish, and if i ever had to throw up, i wouldnt be surprised that it's all gross and sticky oozing out of my system!

i think i caught all these nonsense from Da! Hmpf! it's all her fault!
but looking on the bright side, im back to talking and blogging again. it was so bad that i didn't even have the mood to eat my dinner, not mentioning to utter words of crap during dinner.
I sure hope that tomorrow's gonna be a better day. It's bad to be sick.

2nd time for this year, and it's only start of feb! *cough cough*

food, weight loss and partying.

I've been feeling way too lazy to blog recently.
Somehow, this CNY has kinda lost it's special festive flavour to me this year..but no doubt, i had my fair share of feasting and angpows.

From visiting around, to watching Jet Li's latest show the Fearless with my boo, to granny's one year death anniversary, and an early birthday pressie from Ben, and some shopping, that probably sums up my CNY.

Oh and there's Mambo @zouk yesterday!
My first Mambo for 2006. It's been more than a month since the last time i went for mambo.
With my very bad school schedule, it was impossible for me to actually attend Mambo, and get to school on time.
As the way it is, i'm already having problem getting myself to school in time without all that partying..... can u actually imagine what happens if i did party?
( all that new year resolution to be a better student is really getting to me..Haha!)

It also seem to me that wearing black has a special slimming effect on me. Coz the general comment that i heard when i stepped out of Chris's car, was about me losing some weight!
I thought Jo and the rest were kidding me, until i met Alex.
He too said the same thing. Hmmm and he doesn't know the others...
I'm thrilled to be looking like i've lost "weight"..
Haha, but in truth, there wasn't any weight loss involved, and im actually suspecting a weight gain lurking around instead.
Despite all that speculation, i refused to weigh myself! ( yes, yes..i'm in denial)
neither is Black is not going to be my favourite color....it's just so morbid a color for my liking.

We partied hard as usual, enjoyed ourselves as usual, not forgetting those random idiots who's always trying to push their way up to the platforms, half drunk and all. It's all part of the experience i guess...Blearh.

Post party note: Im aching all over now...and I feel like a slug...Argh...!

CNY CNY

Happy CNY Here's pretty pix!e dressed up in her pretty red ribbons, posing with a pair of mandarin orange! Haha

Dusty the hammie, posing with pix!e's ribbons just for laugh!

It's been a tiring day for me. Went to a total of 4 places, and im extremely well watered and fed! Ooh..
Went over to my Telok Blangah to visit grandpa (momsy's dad), where all my maternal relatives gather, to distribute the red packets, then went over to Seng Kang to visit my paternal grandad...where all paternal relatives meet, then there's grand aunts to visit after tt. I caught myself dozing in the car when travelling, and while i watching the telly during visitation... im rather sure that it's all the food that i've stuffed into my mouth, and the weather .

Some stripey blue and white pictures of us just for looks, and it's up, coz it matches my new skin. This rim design that he fancies. Too bad the BBS rims doesn't fit his car.... but i think this rim design looks nice. Over the past 2 days of rim shopping, i'm rather proud to say that im officially able to boast about my little knowledge for rims. Hee hee hee!

CNY's approaching, yet i feel as excited as a dead fish. Hmpf.

presents & a one night stand.

Mr boo went to the workshop, and added more stuff into his prized sound system. So he was given a replacement car for the time being. While he was at it, i was shopping away somewhere around town area... When he was done with his stuff, he came over to pick me up!

I was supposed to meet him by the road side, then hop on, when he drives by.... unfortunately for me, with the bad human traffic and all, i had difficulties locating the place and getting there fast. i was running around the roadside, looking like a chicken that's lost it's head!!!

While i was running thru and fro with my mobile in hand, i was unable to locate the mazda!
It slipped my mind, in my moment of panic that he's not driving the mazda...and i kept ignoring this honking car (which happens to be my boo!)
Sigh...

I laughed, when i finally saw and got into the car, and laughed even harder after observing the interior. It's just soooo retro!

The car's vintage alright! But according to boo boo, you can see signs that the car was once the pride and joy of someone. It's well taken care of, if you take it's age and other factors into consideration.
With it's very "happening" alarm system (when it's locked & unlocked, it says viper armed and disarmed, alittle too soft for me to hear it clearly... yes i laughed again), the racing momo steering wheel, sports pedal, some interesting light that starts blinking, if you rev the engine up to a certain rpm, and the engine switches off by itself after you remove the key...blahblahblah.. not forgetting the "ah beng" lights in the boot!

Yes i am so tickled by it!
I had a go at driving the car too, since it's a manual. But having not been driving for a loooooonng time, i was alittle rusty! And i forgot how to park.
Yeah, so i satisfy myself by going around different carparks, and round and round and round. I refused to drive home myself. *smirk*

My boo look so proud in here! This is his official "one night stand" car! The proton saga i think.

It's definitely one experience to remember! The vintage car and all...

For his mom's birthday, we celebrated for her, and had bufffet dinner at Hotel Rendevous, i ate about 15 herbal drunken prawns that night! It's the yummiest thing served in the entire buffet spread. Ho! ho! and the prawns are live and fresh!
They look so cute when they're swimming in the tank. Huge eyes that are placed so far apart!

As for the prezzie, We've got her the osim UZAP for her birthday, and guess what?
Her best friend's gotten her a UZAP as well. duH.. now we're stuck with 2. Amazing huh?

So if anyone's interested in getting a UZAP that's unused... ask me.. But price's not negotiable. Retail price should be $268.. if u're interested it's 10% off the R.P.(retail price).

sistas forever!

Sisters! This was taken during doreen's wedding dinner.

our naughty pose during the dinner.

It's been quite some time since we've attended Doreen's wedding, but it's only recently, that we've managed to lay our hands on some of the pictures!

well ...between Da and i, it's a love hate relationship that we share.
No matter how much i detest her at times, i do have to admit that we've got our share of good times, and most importantly, the bonding we can't deny. Thank you for being there for me, when i was at my lowest point in life. =)

hope

Decided on trying a new approach, that is "hope".
To look forward to, to trust, and to have confidence.

Hope everything would work out, as what i hope, but hope is misleading.

It will bring you there, but it'll also bring you down.
The higher your hopes, the harder you fall..

But without hope, life is nothing.

NUMB....

There! i've fallen.
And i dare say it's a mighty fall...that's gonna bleed for a long time.
Yet, no matter how brave im trying to be now, it hurts so badly that i've totally gone numb.

Definitely a huge scar..that scar fading cream ain't gonna help.
Time will heal...

Take the color test!

Daphne, your true color is Red!

Your color is red, the color of racy sportscars, blushing cheeks, and luscious roses.
Red symbolizes passion, romance, and love. So, since you're ruled by red, you probably trust your feelings more than your brain and tend to act spontaneously.
If you see something you want, you go for it without thinking twice — impulsive is your middle name.
You don't wait around for people to make decisions, either; you dive right in.
Quite the romantic, you pay close attention to your emotions.
In fact, if your heart isn't in what you're doing, you won't be satisfied. Of course, even when you do pour all your energy into the projects you tackle, your impetuous nature means your passions can shift as frequently as the wind. That's why some reds have trouble with commitment.
Our advice? Next time you're feeling fickle, think before you act, if possible. You might be surprised at the results. Overall, though, it's great to be red. No one lives life more completely than you do.'

oooh! a perk me up!

I'm such a happy girl today!!! Guess why?

I received a surprise pressie from boo boo today!
a series of mixed emotions ran through me.. from being surprised and excited, to beamingly pleased, to absolutely touched and i started bawling and muttering incoherent words at the same time.

I guess it's because i wasn't expecting a surprise present to be popping up infront of my eyes, while we were paying the car mechanics a visit, to fix on his recent purchased front grills for his little grey car!

Yep yep. I can be a little mad at times, but so what?! Haha!

Thank you baby, for my wonderful little present. I love it! *beam beam*

dusty

My sleep was disturbed by a bout of nose irritation, so i decided that my room's really dusty. I got up, marched out to get the vacuum cleaner, and started cleaning every nooky corner of my room! Grr! Gawd! How did i survive with all that dust in the corners of my room? Clumps of dust everywhere!

I started clearing stuff away, feeding the vacuum with lots and lots dust...gave me some joy, knowing that my room's cleaner now. I got alittle too carried away, and i climbed all over with the vacuum, dragging the wires and all, to clear out the dust trapped in the shelves, the aircon, behind the shelves, under my wardrobe, along the grills of my sliding door blah blah... it's rather addictive, i must say...

I went back to sleep shortly, after being done with the vacuum fun. Haha!
Mommy was mortified! Coz she never quite mastered the art of sleeping as and when you please. Unlike daddy, Da and i.

Im glad i inheirited the daddy sleeping genes.. or i'll have even bigger panda eyes problems!

Speaking of sleeping... some days back, i went to nap after dinner, and mommy was looking for me. She stepped into my room, and didnt realise that i was actually sleeping...hidden under my huge pile of pillows and blanket...obscuring her view of her missing daughter, and concluded that i was out.

(I have this habit of sleeping with the fan on, when im napping, coz it provides me with ventilation..but it's also my bad habit to walk out of home with the fan still running..)
While mommy was still lounging in my room hunting for Daphne, she was like "aiyah..that girl forget to switch off the fan again!"

Guess what? Dear mommy climbed onto my bed to reach out for my fan(with me hidden under the blankets and pillow).
She actually crawled on me!
Being flattend, i was awoken, and responded by saying "what are you doing?" It gave mommy a fright, and she kinda fell and jumped off my bed at the same time.

I thought the entire episode was rather hilarious. I couldnt stop laughing for days...
My Silly mommy! adorable huh?

Etsy Etsy

Cute little handmade felt purse

Colorful funky granny woolie bag

deliciously pretty woolly basket.

I've been doing alot of online browsing recently and i so fell in love with the stuff that Etsy has to offer.
the fact that everything's handmade by the sellers, made it soooo facinating for me!

You wont believe how cute and creative these people can be... putting me to shame..Tsk tsk tsk.

Problem is, no matter how pretty the stuff are, i'll have to pay tons for the shipping, and i absolutely refuse to pay that much for shipping these cutesy stuff over! Bah!!

But i'm definitely inspired to start on my own little artsy project, whenever i lay my eyes on these gorgeous candied looking stuff! Gawd! im so tempted to ship everything over!!!!! (someone please stop me!)

On a less dream away note, im going to watch Narnia later. (i know im kinda slow in catching up with movies, but im a busy person k!)
hahah!

Mommy's off to Bang Kok, and once again, i'll have to play Big Bad Sista this weekend. Luckily there's Daddy to do most of the nagging and scolding and brother sitting. Woo Hoo!

There's also Council Recruitment that i'll have to worry about. It's getting tougher and tougher each year to recruit, and i'm beginning to get bored doing the same thing over and over again....

Or is it my lack of enthusiasm that's causing the recruitment numbers to drop drastically over the semesters? That, i'll have no clue, til someone tells me..

kitty ramblings

This pretty black white kitty kat that i spotted some days ago.
Just look at the way she was staring at me...
I guess she must be thinking what a nut i was.
But i simply couldn't resist snapping a picture of her!

Well, and to add on to picture snapping frenzy, i was practically molesting her! She's such a darling to have around! If only mommy would allow me to keep kitty kats again! =(

I miss my mao mi!

My princess! I miss her so much, Boo hoo!
Imagine, she was part of my life for 10 years! =(

*i've got this fetish for black white kats after my precious kitty's gone..*

Oh well...

Wish List

Par Avion Clutch in fuschia

Par Avion Clutch in brown

Ohh don't you think it looks fabulously cute?
Sigh..and they cost $45 bucks. If i wasn't so broke, i'll have bought it without much thoughts. But for a little clutch, $45 seems to be alittle steep for me now.
I'll need to get a job soon! Urgh!

psst! anyone interested in sponsoring me?? I'll treat it as an early birthday present? =D i like the fushia one better!

I can't believe it!My new school term officially starts tomorrow, and i haven't gotten enough of my holidays yet!
Where has my holidays gone? What have i done?
Boo!

I do hope that i'd be able to sleep well tonight, as i dont really fancy lying wide awake in bed, til the sun rises....
Ooh how i hate changing my sleeping patterns..
But what choice do i have? I gotta start picking up speed to prepare myself for all that "nonsense" that everyone's been telling me about. Haha!

Oh! Dont you think the felt flowers are just so pretty? I love the colors! ho! ho! ho!

City of Daphne!

urgh! Once again, i seem to have screwed up my sleeping patterns. Im wide awake at 9am in the morning. How gross can this be?

Anyways, i've discovered some interesting facts, while im suffering from insomia..haha!
Do you know that there's a city called Daphne?
Daphne is allocated somewhere near Baldwin county, Alabama blah blah.. Cool huh?

but the little town looks rather boring to me.... Bah!
But what's the chance of you finding a town that shares the same name as you?
Hee! hee! hee!

Tried loading up some pictures from the site, but the pictures are in "bit" format..and im too lazy to convert them into jpeg (despite the fact that i've got nothing better else to do...)

In case you're intersted, here's the link for you to look see....

The old's gone, and comes the new. I hope the new year, would be much, much better than the old, and since it's supposed to be better, it's only right that i lay a few rules to better myself.

Here's my New Year Resolution for 2006 *drum rolls*
1) Treat myself better, meaning to sleep well, eat well, rest well, stay happy, and be healthy.

2) Next, would be to control my temper... Sure i have a temper that's comparable to a dragon in the medival times, and i know it, so here we go...control the temper, not to be controlled by the temper. Ha!

3) Be friendlier, and start socialising more.... i know that i can be such a snob at times, but i can be such a sweetie too, if i want to.. *grossed out*

4) Weed out my lazy bones, and start working alittle harder. I reckon that all those unnecessary failing was due to my lack of attendance in school.. (this, i foresee, requires lots of effort) *shakes head*

5) To shower my litte pix!e wiggie with more attention, love, food, and treats, coz i think she's been alittle neglected recently. (Oh the poor pig)

6) To have a little exercise regime, coz i'm getting flabby. ( It's partially due to boo's good job in fattening me up, and a greedy little daphne that gobbles tasty food) So i'll probably have to dance more, shop more, and swim more. Haha!

That's about all the major resolutions that i have, since resolution number 1 says, to treat myself better, *smiles* therefore, laying down too much rules for myself is bad, and i probably won't even be able to remember them all.

6 is definitely achievable, and practical. yikes!
------------------------------------------------
My last movie of the old year, would be: Wallace & Gromit in the curse of the were-rabbit.
It's definitely something worth watching, coz it's rather funny and the rabbits are just so cute, especially when they are floating around throughout the entire movie.

i'll rate it at 3.5/5 personally, for it's cute animation, and it's dumb storyline.
Besides, it took the Wallace Gromit people 5 years to create this movie! *horrors*
Imagine...5 years of hard work. I'd be allergic to Wallace and Gromit if i were them!!

Gromit with the naughty bunnies hiding in the fridge....

Introducing to you...Lady Tottington!

isn't she cute? I'm rather tickled by her "awesome" hairstyle, the "luscious lips", and not forgetting, her teeth! (Cute overbites she has, so humongous and bunny like)

vegetation......

Here i am, sitting around, stonning like a loser at 8.30am in the morning.
Sure as hell, that i didnt managed to catch a single bit of sleep! Argh.
I am so gonna vegetate later in the day, not mentioning that i'll have to survive through the night, without any sleep!!!!!

I can feel the sore throat creeping up on me...and my eyelids drooping down steadily....
and...and.. and... i miss my comfy little bed with all that cushy pillows! Boo hoo hoo!

im drowning myself with lots of water, in a feeble attempt to save my poor throat.
This is so pathetic.

But im sure once again, orientation will be a success *smile*, though it's definitely our first attempt, venturing the orientation out of school....and brining all activities into the night.
Excited? Nah... im tired. zZzzzz

Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry christmas

Merry Christmas!!!!
I had fun celebrating my Eve. Our quiet, but quality kind of celebration. =)
Boo boo & i decided to do away with the friends, and just have a quiet dinner. Haha!

Dinner menu consists of:

Starters: my favourite vege chicken soup, with button mushrooms, potatoes, onions, carrots boiled with spices, and made with lots of love!

Main course: Cheese Fondue! with dippers like, asparagus, broccoli, sausage, button mushrooms, bread, potatoes.

Desserts: Log cake and jelly! (we were too stuffed to move on to desserts)

-----------------------------
I had a good time eating, and everything's good, especially the chicken soup!! Mmmm!
Well, we could improve on the fondue sauce... (we cheated, and bought the instant fondue, instead of creating it from the scratch! hee..)
The instant fondue sauce was alittle too generous with the white wine.... overeating it was alittle scary after awhile. But i like it still! =)

Introducing to you.... my new Lacoste shopping bag!!! *big happy grinz*

And a new box of Chocolate wafer to replaced my old one, and 2 new addions, a petite truffle kirsch, and an orange flavoured truffle =) Isn't my boo such a sweet boy?

We decided to go over to Phoebe's party after dinner, and we left shortly at 11plus!
Boo wished me a Merry christmas while he was sending me home!
The poor boo's gotta work tomorrow morning!!! *grrr*

There's gonna be a tepanyaki/steamboat at home later, to celebrate christmas!
dinner with the boo on christmas eve, and dinner on christmas itself with the folks!

I am going to be one realy fat pig!!

Alright, i gotta wake up early, to accompany mommy to get food for my big feast in the morning! *yawn* gotta go!

Urgh! im so disgusted!

Warning: The following content written below, is not meant for readers below age 18 years old. Do NOT read on, if you have a low tolerance for my limited vocabulary.

My FIRST christmas present that i've received this year, would be my box of yummy Royce Chocolate Wafers from Boo's mom.
It came really nicely packed and there's a total of Sixteen chocolate wafers sitting snugly in the box.

The the very day, i received my chocolates, i remembered sharing my chocolates, one for Da, one for Leonard, one for Janson, and two for myself.
That adds up to a total of five.

Meaning that we have a total of 11 yummy choclate wafers left, if you do your maths right.

My mood changed completely, when i opened up my fridge yesterday night, to find that i'm only left with 2 chocolate wafers left in the world! WHAT THE FUCKING HELL?
I Am so confident that none of my siblings actually ate up my chocolates without my permission, coz they are TRUTHFUL, non greedy little things who actually RESPECT property that's left in the FRIDGE. Even if they ate, they wouldnt have the bloody guts to eat up more than half of it, at one time.

So the question is, WHO THE FUCKING HELL ATE UP my stuff?

Interesting huh?

It's christmas eve, and i was SAVING up EVERY SINGLE wafer to share and savour it during CHRISTMAS EVE & CHRISTMAS, and guess what?
It's all gone!

FUCK THE ASS who ate 9 of them at one go, and YOU know WHO YOU ARE!
You visit people's home and raid their fridge. Not just any item in the fridge, but their expensive items huh.

If're you're ignorant, i'll forgive you.
Problem is, you're not ignorant. You greedy BITCH!
I am so pissed that i dont ever wanna see you step into my house!
UZAP ain't gonna help, you hear me, UZAP ain't gonna help!!!! and it serves you right!

BLOODY HELL!

Disclaimer: This entry is written solely for me to vent my anger, and IF you, as a reader is disturbed by my very foul language, then i suggest that you, go along with me and blame it on the ass who ate up all my chocolates! But meanwhile, MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALl, but the ass that gobbled down my chocolates! #$^$%#$%$%

pictures and mundane matters

As promised in my earlier posts, the bash pictures!
You could literally see the intensity of redness increasing from picture to picture!

First, we'll take a look at Snowii the maltese!
She's such a cute and adorable little darling! She was practically chasing after food the entire night.
I was very much entertained by snowii throughout dinner at my eldest uncle's house. We had bbq, and the dog's main concern the whole night, was solely food. The smell was simply driving her nuts!

A random shot of Qiyun, Myself & Zoe.

Looking flushed after one glass of orange whatever despite the help that i've gotten from mich and zoe.

And taken with Zoe & mich, after my second glass of sprite/7 up vodka...(this time with Lisa's help with the drink (thank you Lisa! I love you!!))

Boo boo came to get me after my BBQ dinner at snowii/Rayner's home soon after dinner, to watch "mean girls" starring Linsay Lohan on HBO. I just had this little intuition that tonight's going to be showing "mean girls", and i got baby to check for me. True enough, my little hunch was right, and i had lots of fun watching reruns of the movie.
As my little baby have to work early the next morning, i decided that it was best that he tries to sleep early.

Having nothing much to do, i decided to meet up with Ben, and we had a 4 hour supper chatting and bitching about life and everything else that matters. Being a slow eater by nature, it actually took me almost 3 hours to finish up my bowl of seafood congee and my dim sums! i dont usually take that long to swallow congee, but my special congee has crab, prawns and fish served in it..and crab requires lots of digging and picking! So there you go, 3 hours worth of munching & bitching!
It's all we ever do, when we meet up. Eat and bitch! It's such a good combi!
As for the last hour, Ben finally decided that he's hungry, and ordered a bowl of chicken congee for himself. I was stuffed, when he started on his..haha! some foodie marathon huh?
But i felt bad after our long supper, coz he's gotten a parking ticket for parking in a reserved lot. $50 man! Cost more than all our food added up!
Sigh....

I need to be sleeping soon, coz i'll have to wake up in time tomorrow, to fetch my boo boo, when he finishes work, so that we'll be able to go shopping together! (remember, my vouchers?) yup! So it's time to say good night!

Christmas dinner!

It's been quite a few days since i last blogged.
I've been really busy you see!
There was UOL's bash at China Black to attend on thursday night, and i actually saw Adrian, Gan, and lisa there! They were drinking alot ( as usual), and i was forced to drink a little, since it was Gan's birthday. It was just 2 little glasses of alcohol, and i was already lobster red!( yes i know im a lousy drinker, so laugh all you want! ) i'll load the pictures later, i promise.
Friday's shopping and christmas dinner,

-----------------------------------------
I went shopping early on friday morning, with the intention of spending money.. here's my list of stuff:
my VNC heels,
Mango sale,
Biotherm moisturiser,
christmas pressies for some people (can't say what i have in mind..can i?)
mommy's list of colleague pressie

I returned home with the same amount of cash, and no shopping bags.
How sad. :-(

The mango sale, as usual, was like some female warfare ground. Everyone is grabbing something somewhere...hogging mirrors, queueing up for the changing room. It drives me nuts to see how women can go crazy at sales, and yet, i couldnt even pick out something that i fancy from this season.

The VNC heel that i fancied didnt fit me well. my right foot's bigger than my left. unless for some miraculous reason, the store decides to sell me a size 37 for the right foot, and 36 for the left, i'm going to be walking funny, that is, if i were to purchase heels of the same size.

Decided against buying the Biotherm moisturiser on friday, as Booboo had some shopping vouchers for me to spend ( but i left it with him for safekeeping), and what better way to spend the shopping vouchers on, but skincare??? So i've decided to put my skincare purchases on hold, until i get hold of the vouchers. (haha)
-------------------------------------------------

I went home, to change for the christmas dinner, and i've posted some pictures for that evening.

all dolled up for my early christmas dinner!

Pre dinner pictures at his house, looking all prim and proper (psst! he's wearing the new tee that i've gotten for him! :-p)

Post dinner, looking really stuffed (yes he's got the frozen grin from our yummy dinner)

Now he's looking much better!

ktv! KTV!

Just came home from a KTV session with Selene...one look at our pictures, and you'll know how much fun we had, though a little boring, coz she's tired from work, and i, having just woken up was still feeling lethargic.

I managed to smuggled food in there, so i could sing and stuff myself at the same time. Then i realised that im not such a good multi-tasker anymore. I couldnt sing and eat at the same time... that's when we decided to stagger songs, so we could eat alittle, and sing alittle!
yay!

we tried out new songs, instead of singing our usual repertoire, and ta da! learned more songs to sing in future, lest we bore our fans! hiak hiak.

It's wed tomorrow, and i hope to go Zouk after all the school re enrolment and stuff, then there's our thursday council meeting for the orientation, followed by UOL's bash at China Black after the meeting! Whooppee! We've got free tickets to the bash, so the EXCOs will be going together! Yay!!!

2 nights of consequtive partying! I foresee exhaustion, but it's been a long time since i last partied so hard!

I came to realise that my appetite is closely related to my mood. If im happy and generally satisfied with life, i'll eat more...and have have a tendency to be hungrier faster...
just like now for instance, im hungry again!
im glad, i had the foresight to ask dear mommy to get me dinner!
So it's dinner time II for me!

ps: i've finally completed Dan Brown's Angels & Demons, and having read this book and the Da Vinci Code, i've came to realise that his stories are all religion and Vatican related. Interesting.. but getting alittle boring.

Though i do have to admit that Im rather facinated with the ambigrams found in this book, and it truly requires a genius like the illuminati to do the ambigrams. =)

shoe fetish

12/12 - The family went over to JB, City Square for a short shopping trip. There's Da, myself, mommy, ah yee, and my very chubby brother.
The fashion in there proves to be a huge mistake once again. Every store that i lay my eyes into, reminded me painfully of a very back dated Far East, the clothes and outlooks of stores... yucks.

Naturally, i fancied nothing there, and was caught in this sleepy walking stupor, until i enter the shoe shops! Whoo Hoo! It took me quite sometime to realise that the shoes that are acceptable looking.

Stepping into Padini was the best portion of the day! Everyone practically went mad in there! walking back & forth to try on various shoes! It's the ultimate malaysian Shoe Haven for us!
VNC or Vincci has shoes so pretty that would practically leave you speechless, and going dizzy from just looking at the shoes! I kept circling round the shoe department like a vulture or a hawk, hoping that i wouldn't miss out any pretty shoes that's hidden in some corner of the place.

True enough, all the shoes became too much for me to handle. With mommy's budget, i was only able to purchase countable amount of shoes, as she'll like to constantly remind me that " you've got way too much shoes! You'd better stop buying shoes!".

There goes all the other shoes that i was hoarding with me. The 2 "bedroom" slipper looking slip on slippers, the pretty ribbon heel, and everthing else that i cant quite remember.

I managed to get one tee for my boo, and we left for dinner at Secret Recipe, shortly after the mad shoe dash.

Secret Recipe, Malaysia has horrible service. I doubt i'll ever set foot in there in future. As da and i were lobbying for Tom Yam Kung noodles, telling mommy and Ah Yee how fantastic the noodles were, blaring non stop about how they absolutely have to try it, it turned out to be such a disaster.

The 2 prawns that was swimming in our bowls turned out to be really stale prawns. There was no need to bite the prawns, as they'll only disintegrate into pieces the minute they left their shellls. It's the same for everyone's bowl. Therefore, we demanded that the manager do some form of compensation.

Pathetic manager refused to admit that the prawns were lousy, and refused to compensate us in any form. THe least that ass could do was to be sorry, and give us slice of free cake or something. That bugger was one bugger that you'd wish dead instantly. But all that shopping got the better of me, and i figured out that since we're paying for half of the usual that we'll pay in singapore, i've got not choice but to accept that discounted service as well.

**If this were to happen in Singapore, be rest assured that the matter would surely blow out of proportion, and the store would wished that they never even think of setting up business !
Urgh.
---------------------------------------

We returned back home rather early, and i got to meet my boo boo after he's done with work.
We had pizza for dinner at Spizza, (i was rather surprised at my appetite) i remembered eating up half of the large pizza that we'd ordered, and we headed for Haagen Dazs after Spizza, and we ordered the Fondue for one, and a desirable create yourself icecream!

Absolutely Yummy!!

I ended my day by rescusing Da from sitting outside home, by showing up with key at 4 am in the morning!
Such a dazzling day..

going psychotic

friday: i collected my turquoise pair of contacts finally, and it isn't exactly the clearest pair of lens i've looked into. Everything's just a horrible blur, especially at night. ( some one please remind me again, why i stopped patronising kevin's shop for 3 years..)

saturday: It's Yunwei's 21st birthday party! my boo decided to accompany me to her birthday party, so sweet! haha

I had this huge shock, when i saw her.
Mainly because, i couldn't recognise her. She was all dressed up in a halter top, and denim skirt, unlike her usual polo tee with jeans look.
You could just so visualise the expression i had on my face, when i saw her.
But she's looking really different for this special occassion of hers!

I had a good time there (though the stupid lens was giving me a hard time), and i found out that she's got rather comical parents, especially her dad. Oohh, and i hope she likes the present that we've gotten for her (then again, im sure she'll like it, coz she told me what she wanted exactly, so much for a surprise huh? Haha).
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Can't really explain why, but, i've been acting psychotic recently. The one who gets it worst, would probably be the poor leonard.
Thank you boo boo, for bearing with all my nonsense and outburst. For sticking by me even when im being difficult and whiny. I love you so much. *hugz*

Snail snail.

I'm blogging in at 5am in the morning, not because i chose not to sleep, but my sleep has been disrupted!!
I was really really tired earlier, and i actually went to bed at like 11.30pm
I was sleeping really well, when just i woke up sudenly at 2.30am, and can't seem to sleep on anymore!

It's frustrating!!
Here i am, wide awake, with nothing to do......well well, a reaccount on yesterday's buzz..

Results are finally out, and i've managed to passed 3 subjects, namely Commercial Law, Marketing, and Macroeconomics (arranged in order of best, good, and barely passed). Guess what?!

I've managed to fail Management Accounting, and i'll be stuck with it again next semester. How disgusting!! #$%^#@

Looking at the way it is, it seems to me that many people failed MAB too.. If so, why can't the stupid school moderate the results alittle and let a few more poor souls pass? It's probably have the highest failure rate, follwed by Intro to Accounting!

I realised time passes really slowly in my world, where time whizzes by really fast, and it's as if , many things has already happened, everytime i blink, and i've achieve none yet!
Sigh.. i feel like a snail...
Moving around at my own silly pace..while the rest of the world speeds past me.

It's a losing race against time!!
Many things to do, but little time to do, unless i were to sacrifice sleep.. which is absolutely unspeakable!!!

There's the bazaar that i doubt is ever gonna surface, at the rate im procrastinating. There's also the orientation planning to see to (though im so clueless about what's going on.. luckily there's fiona!), Christmas shopping to do (even though im broke), my short trip to JB to shop,
There's early christmas dinner, and an actual christmas dinner, and many many more which i can't seem to recall now!

Oh! I do wish time would just stop everything for a little while, ( you know, like when you press the "pause" button when you're watching movie), everything thing just stops for that moment, while you are able to move around, poke and fool around, and do whatever you want, while everything and everyone becomes a standstill...

Ooh... that would be fun! Like this, i'd be able to accomplish a million and one things, work and earn lots of money, while everyone just stays still together with time. Till the day when im ready to compete with the others again, i'll press the "play" button, and live life just like the rest of the world!

Hurray!!

Speaking of which, i'll probably need to look for a job soon.. coz I'm rather broke! Til a good job comes along, i doubt i'll be able to shop anymore.. sigh...

Wednesday, December 07, 2005

ra! Ra! ra! Blah! blah! Blah!

Gawd! Im so nervous, i could hardly fall asleep.
I hate the anticipations of receiving my results!
Argh!!!

I finally stopped procrastinating and sent my joybook in for servicing again. ( in truth, if boo boo didn't offer to send me to gateway, i probably would have waited til next year, before i actually send joybook in for servicing..haha!) , luckily, the boo boo sent me there, or i'd really have no freakin idea where Gateway is. (Do you know where Gateway is?)

I spent a really long time in BenQ's office, complaining to the person attending to me about the bad service that i've received at Funan The IT Mall service centre, and how they did a bad job in repairing my Joybook and basically the main problems that i was facing with the joybook.

Had a really quick and short lunch at Beach Road while i kept rattling on and reminising about times spent in Beach Road at Grandad's house, where all my cousins and uncles and aunts and just bascially everyone would make their way for the weekly gathering.

In fact, to think of it, the address stated in my Birth Certificate would be Grandad's beach road house. Visiting Beach Road today brought back lots of nostalgic feelings. this is a place where we cousins will fight, and squabble and laugh over silly stuff like stickers, ice cream flavours and lollipops and chocolate biscuits that gave away free toys like Tora, Ding Dang etc.

Everyone was much closer back in the days, unlike the present, where cousins and cousins would say nothing further than the usual exchange of pleasanties like "hi, how are you", "how's your job" and so on... Gone were the days where we'll huddle together in a tiny room, to plot some mischievous games, ideas and squabble.

It's rather evident during Doreen's wedding dinner just last Saturday.
So much for being relatives. What's left of our cousinhood, would probably be just Michelle, Derek, Doreen, Da, Boy and myself. This is pathetic, especially when there's 19 of us to start with.

Enough of the unpleasant stuff...............................................

I met up and went shopping with Zoe after Boo boo dropped me off at Millenia Walk (coz he had to work) . We started walking around at City hall, and ended up at Bugis!
I managed to get myself stuff finally, but im not quite sure if i really like it or not. I fancied quite a number of shoes, from this store called the Pazzion, as well as a pair of sandles from Walking Culture. There's also the cute crocheted shoes from Bugis, but it hurts when i try walking around in them. Novo had some cute plastic/rubbery ones and im just so tempted to buy them all!!!!!!

I figured that since clothings during holiday/winter season is just so dark and depressing, i shall then channel all my "effort" and attention into bags and footwear, which kinda explained for my sudden foot fetish. Haha.

I'm thinking of planning some kinda of Bazaar/Garage sale with Zoe and maybe Caecilia... afterall, it's time i clear space in the wardrobe, coz it's quite a hassle to try squeeze everything into my very puny wardrobe. 2 outfits have to share the same hanger...and i dont really want to wait til the day where 1 hanger would belong to 3 tops. Such a nightmare!!

I need more storage space! How?

Tuesday, December 06, 2005

Urgh! disgusting!

It just dawned upon me that in less than 24hours time, my results will be out! shitty!!!!
Im stuck in mixed emotions... nervous, panicky, excited, and i dont want to know how i'd fare for my exams ever!

I dont wanna fail! =(

I've finally managed to complete the Korean Drama "da chang jing", and im glad that it's got a nice ending.

I've missed the first council meeting for the orientation, coz i was feeling feverish and had a bad headache.
It can't possibly be the lack of sleep! coz i sure slept lots recently.
I've been a really good girl eating up my vegs and all...so why am i feeling so lousy?

Went over to Warren country club on Sunday evening for dinner with the boo's folks, and we had chinese food at the restaurant.
It's some horrible experience man! The food's pretty good, but i wouldnt say the same for the hygiene and the service.

As i was dressed in flip flops and a tube dress ( i took into considerations that i might actually be swimming there, so i dressed up like i was heading for the beach, yo! ), the man at the entrance of the restaurant told me off for wearing flip flops into the restaurant. I was like ??!?

I know it's a country club, and there's a certain prestigeness it has to maintain, but who in the right mind would actually wear a swanky new pair of footwear and actually go swimming in it?
Not that i would swim in my flip flops, but i'll be dripping wet after the swim ain't it? Surely you wouldn't expect me to trod around barefooted until im clean and dry...

Besides, it's such a hassle to be bring along 2 pairs of footwear just to look good. Afterall, the purpose of going down to a country club, would be to enjoy myself, why bother about how i would dress? (besides, ask yourselves, have you ever seen me shabbily dressed? the entire world knows that i'll rather die than to be seen in anything horrible or shabby)

Then again, i dont seem to think that hotpants/gym shorts would be as appropriate dressing either. So why is it that guest patronising the restaurant, wearing a baggy ugly tee with gym shorts are not childed about their dresscode, while i on the other hand, is wearing a pretty little frilly dress with a candied colored pair of flip flop, gets the "dresscode defying" treatment?

Urgh it's disgusting... I hate ugly fat waiters who discriminates people!
Discriminating me is one matter, while discovering a clump of hair in your shark's fins is another.
Leonard's mom discovered a clump of hair at the bottom of her shark's fin soup, and i spotted a drowned fly in the pitcher of iced water when they refilled my glass of water.

How absolutely revolting. Worst of all, the service personel in the restaurant wasn't even sorry about the clump of hair in the soup, merely asking if we would like to have a replacement bowl of soup. @#%!

I'll flip in my grave, if i have to cough up the money to pay for membership to the country club (with all due respects to Boo's dad, im not trying to be rude here). Besides, Boo boo's dad did say that this is the first and last time we'll step into the chinese restaurant, due to everything that has happened in one short evening.
But we'll try the terrace cafe the next time we're there, coz im not one to discriminate a place, and i'll bear in mind to be decked in my best the next time im there, so that i wouldn't be looked down on. How silly, but i've got some scores to settle, and a point to prove..
til then, i'll just sit around and do nothing. Cheers!

The big day..

So much for attempting to dress all shabby and grungey like a hobo. Mommy banned me from wearing my outfit, the minute she lay her eyes on me! Argh!
I ended up looking like a typical ah lian, instead of the planned hobo look that i've wanted to try out. Damn!

The wedding dinner went on smoothly, and i wore my black white outfit. Supposed to be the flapper inspired style, and i did manage to look shapeless! (which is good for the appetite!)

Doreen (the bride) is absolutely awsome, and i love her gowns, they're just so sexy in a subtle way, though it'll be sexier, if her plunging neck dress would open up a little wider.. Haha!
we took quite abit of pictures, and im too tired to load it up today..so i'll load them tomorrow or something..

The speech she gave was rather emotional for me, as i fought back the urge to tear, everything was just so sweet and touching. Im just so glad to see her married, happy and settled.. (oh, im speaking as if im her mommy *dabs eyes*)

Post Wedding dinner, i managed to persuade my sweet and pretty mommy to drop me off at Momo.
It was only when i reached Momo, did i realise that i didn't bring along my Identification card along with me. It's been absolutely ages, since bouncers/door bitches last requested for my Id when i go party! @#%*^! (come on, look at my face! I've aged so much during the study period for exams, do i look like im under 18 for goodness sake?!!)
Of all days, it's got to be the day when i chose to walk out of home with just an EZ Link card, and my Debit card. What the hell! So much for going cashless!

Luckily, after some slight reasoning with the very nice bouncer, they finally allowed Selene's friend to sign me in..and told me to "please remember to bring your ID along with you, the next time you're here ". Duh!

thank you so much girlie, for all that trouble that i've imposed onto you and Kenneth, love you lots!!! And i did enjoy myself somehow, despite the horrible music.

Night night!

new hairdo!

yes i did it again!
I've changed my hair color yet again. It's quite a serious addiction, and on a serious note, i did it coz it's it's beginning to look ugly, with black roots peaking out.. (absolutely disgusting!)
Which is the precise reason why i always hated dyeing my hair and especially dyeing it a really light shade of color.

Kate gave me a dark base color also know as Chocolate. (It's the name of the color, and it resembles nothing like chocolate, Haha!) and there's s the super red streaks in the front and the sides of my hair, with violet as the under tone to complement the red (which is totally unnoticeable coz the red's simply overpowering)

yes im a happy girl, once again. =)
I'm rather worried that my hair's going to frazzle from all that harsh recoloring/bleaching, so i'll have to stop fiddling with my hair, until my hair grows out.

Zoe's finally got her phone, and last i heard from her, she's cursing (yes it's the @#$#$%@ kind of cursing). The Sony Ericsson K750i that she's just purchased, is defective. Yes she's so so mad. Haha..

it's such a pity that i wouldn't be able to watch her go mad tomorrow, when she gets back to Starhub to exchange for a working phone. It'll just be so entertaining!

It's Doreen's wedding tomorrow, and everyone at home is going mad about what to wear, how to accessorize. Mommy nearly drove me nuts. Da & i came up with a million options for her, and none of them seem to be satisfying. It's either wrong sash, or wrong heels or wrong necklace blah blah.. so picky!

i've decided to dress weird tomorrow, for the tea ceremony. After all, i've been itching to dress up as a hobo chick for a long time, but just didn't have the time to do so.
It's this really long smocked navy empire dress with corduroy pants. So it's gonna look really weird, heavy, and overdone-ded. but i just can't explain why i actually wanna wear it, despite knowing that it's a weird combination.

who knows, i may change my mind tomorrow.
I guess tomorrow's gonna be a "fashion" spread, coz i'm anticipating lots of pictures, with cousins and siblings and more cousins! So exciting!!!!!
