Yep, i haven't been blogging since the day after my first paper! Oh well, it's post exams for me since last friday. But i've been way too busy to blog ever since my last paper.
Haha... if i ever do, it'll probably mean that i don't have much of a life,
besides, the damn intel wireless thing in my joybook, ain't giving me any joys man!
Everytime, i tried logging in, there seem to be trouble with the wireless connections!
Oh wow! After my exams last friday, i went off for lunch at Funan the IT Mall, as Beanie wants to get himself a birthday present ( this Forza Car Racing game, having secretly been released on friday). We went over to his place to check out his new game after lunch, and i fell asleep after awhile of checking out the new game. ( You can't blame me for falling asleep, exams are strenuous for me alright!)
I woke up at 10 plus, to have dinner and more checking out of the game, The man decided to play the game the entire evening, while i zonked out. Yeah, that pretty much sums up my friday.
Ooh! i have some bitching to do! I was wearing this white mango tube with my folded up capris on my first paper, which was wednesday, and i caught this girl checking me out in a "kiam pa" manner. Dasima and i had some problem with her sometime back during lecture ages ago,
I was sitting in the row behind her during lecture, and they had the attendance file passing throughout the entire attendance. I had to pass the file to her, coz she was sitting right in front of me, so i used the file, to tap her shoulders, and she turned around to glare at me. WTF!
Yeah, fuck man, the way she glared at me, it's as though as i've been bugging her through out the lecture, in truth, that the first time i actually saw her. I was just passing the damn file over to her! What a bad impression i have of her. Yuck!
Ever since then, Das developed an instant distaste for her, and i can't quite blame her for it. Let's just give miss Glare-at-you a nickname..say Big Bangles? YEah i know, first it was Big earrings last sem, and now it's Big bangles....
Like i was ranting on earlier about what i was wearing on wednesday right? Big Bangles had the cheek to wear the exact same tube in black (such feeble attempts to be different), and "capris" too. Only that you could tell that big bangle's "capri" wasn't a real blue capri, coz it was originally a pair of jeans, and she folded it up, to achieve the same look as i did on wednesday. Fuck! What was she trying to prove?
That she's a copy cat?
That she can't afford to get a proper pair of capris, and decided to imitate through folding the jeans up? yuck! Such ugly imitations... Oh she had this huge ass of a chunky necklace on her neck, boy it's ugly man... made her shoulders look slopy. Ewuuuuuuu....
It's true that imitation, is the biggest form of flattery, but i never fanied copycats who have no style of their own, it's like someone without personality. Talking about it, leaves a bad taste in my mouth! Yeah, people should come up with their own styles instead of pirating styles right out of someone else within a few days. How gross man! If it's you, i bet you wouldn't fancy having people acting like your mirror loh.
For all you know, Big bangle probably got inspired to buy the mango tube, after seeing mine.

Yeah enough of bitching, Saturday was a normal chilling out day, as His folks celebrated his birthday in advance, due to their Europe Trip. We had dinner at The RiverView Hotel, Some Tepanyaki Buffet, which was yummy! Naturally, i was bloated. After dinner, we had this huge Banana Chocolate cake from Secret Recipe. It's yummy too, but it's like 2.5kg.
We barely ate 1/12 of it.
Beanie's folks left for Europe on Sunday. Sunday was also the Surprise day!
I had this advanced birthday surprise planned out for him at the airport, with the help of "AGENT ROY", and along with the others, like Heidi, Winston, Sheila, Mandy, Joseph, Joshua, and Gary.
It was soooooo cool!
Though things didn't quite turn out the way i planned it to be, or wanted it to be, but it was sure fun!I had many scares along the way, before the eventual surprise appear, but like what i mentioned a few blogs ago, planning a surprise for someone, was sure a bigger way of surprising yourself! Yeah it's all true!
While i was having dinner pre airport journey, Beanie received 2 happy birthday messages from friends, despite the fact that his actual birthday was tuesday! One from Joseph, who nearly let slip my little surprise, and one from Joshua's God Brother, Coz he gave Joshua a call, and heard from him that we're celebrating his birthday on sunday.. Talking about letting the cat out of the bag! Woah! Luckily, blur baby didn't suspect anything.
We proceeded to move on to the airport after dinner, when i received a msg from Roy, confirming the location in a coded message. The message alone, was enough to make me laugh, and i had to stop myself from laughing. Roy wanted to confirm, if we were at Terminal 1, instead, his little code was like: " Mother goose, is it at Nest1"
The gang had to hang around the airport with the cake for a pretty long time, as Beanie was taking a long time... Seems like the guy can't bear to leave his dada & mama.... The poor thing!
Yup, so finally, when his folks have decided to check in, i've managed to receive many more weird coded messages like "mothergoose, we are situated at the royal king's burger, please avoid area", and "mothergoose, is it time yet?" After awhile, when Roy got tired of waiting, Joshua decided to take over, and i received more messages like " Eagleone here, Ninja is down" Hahaha.... And all the while, i had such hard time keeping a straight face, coz i told Beanie that im messaging my friend, who's feeling down from relationship. I can't possibly laugh out loud at sad stuff.
Finally, after what seems like forever, i managed to drag the boy who refuse to leave his parents, over to somewhere near the skytrain. (By then, i was throwing a tantrum, insisting on having a drink at Burger King, as he wasn't cooperating with my plans!)
On our way there, i received info that the entire gang's on their way to where we were, so i had to keep a look out.
We got surprised by many Boos! upon reaching this huge pillar at the airport!
Beanie's reaction was like Fuck! fuck! Boy, i bet he really was surprised! Hahaha! Joseph presented him with the very very soft and over handled cake, and we went out of the airport to light the candles, with songs and all....
Little did Mandy know that we had yet another surprise for her. As Both beanie and Mandy share the same birthday, It was rather difficult to surprise the both of them together, so one after the other was better!
So after the first cake, roy decided to "go to the toilet" (which in actual, he rushed over to his car, drove over to where we were standing) and when he's car arrived, Joshua took the cake out, and i started yet another round of "Happy Birthday" singing! This time, i like the reaction better!
Mandy was not only surprised, but so touched, until she cried! My biggest guess, was that she wasn't expecting any celebrations for herself, as we informed her about it, soley omitting any hint that we'll be doing hers as well.
See i thought you that surprises are fun!
We headed over to Beanie's house after the airport saga, for more celebration, and there was lots of phototaking and all, with the previous night's 2.5 kg, which was probably reduced to a 2.3 kg?, there's mandy's cake which i estimate it to be 0.5kg, and the mango mirror which was 1kg... we had like 4kg worth of cake to consume!! That's a hell lot of cake for just 10 people! We ate until we nearly puke, and that was just the Secret Recipe cake. The mango mirror, and Hazelnut cake was untouched.
We met up with the gang on monday, to rollerblade/fish at the East Coast, and i had dinner at Turquoise. The chicken fillet there is yummy, and the salad is yummy too.
I had yet another little celebration with baby on monday night, as we chill at home, and watched tv, while we count down to 12. I was cooking instant noodle at the point of 12. Nothing fancy.
Tuesday itself is quiet and nice. Gone was all the excitement, we went to the supermarket to get some grocery, as beanie decided to make me my favourite Chicken soup!!
It's yummy! Though we couldn't get the kind of mushroom that the both of us would fancy, we decided to settle for fresh shitake mushrooms. Taste alittle different, but it's still yummy.
While fixing dinner, my Hero managed to "smoked" the entire kitchen, with his failed attempt in creating frozen bananas ( inspired by the preview of Arrested Development)
The entire kitchen went smoky, coz my hero here, decided to dump the choco chips from hersheys into the oven, as he intended to melt the chocolate chips, to coat his banana!
Yeah, the entire house looked like it's on fire, coz of the very sweet smelling smoke that envelopes that house...(im surprised, that the neighbours didn't call for the fire department!) even his ears stink of it after an hour, when all that smoke cleared out.
Oh well, such eventful birthday celebrations, it's not everyday, that you turn 25 ya know? HAHAHAHA
