I'm still breathing

Ahhh.. I seemed to have disappeared from the surface of the cyber world.
I'm very much well and alive, and just extremely sleep deprived of late.

If my eyebags are of any monetary value, I'd be a rich lady by now.
Hahahha!
#kidding!

Too tired and busy to bother with taking proper pictures of myself, so we'll have to make do with my random shots of my Outfit of the day as a cheap form of updates!

Looking Pocahontas
Rocking the look with:
my defunct #bowtique's lioness asymmetric tasseled tunic dress
and newly bought mphosis sandals.
I was camping in the toilet waiting for C to be done with her toilet routine.

Pin up Sailorette
Bowtique Sweetheart halter in Black and White.
Black scalloped rimmed crochet shorts
Jersey sash
Black heels (of course!)

Wore it to Zouk night some weeks ago.
Lol.
Top's from my Defunct #Bowtique as well, as I'm on a wardrobe rewind.
I emptied out and repacked my wardrobe when mommy wanted to donate clothes away to the charity collection.

Out of sight, out of mind.
That's how it usually works for me.

Back to the outfit, love the top, because it reminded me of the old school pin up girl.
The sweetheart neckline halter, the overall silhouette.
I'm just lacking the crazy hourglass figure and the fingerwaves on the hair to pull off the entire look.
:(

Just in case you have no idea what I meant by pin up girls...
they're just so quaint and gorgeous.
Rwar! I like!

Purple power
Watercolored floral shorts in Navy chiffon
Paired with vintage purple tube from Mango ( bought them in 2005/06)
and purple bronze heels.
not forgetting my swag of Arm candies in a myraid of purple

Waited at the dressing area, while the girls changed into their uniforms for the
golf event held at the Raffles Country Club.
I was looking forward to even-ning out my tanlines that day, but it started to drizzle instead.

this is probably my second newest addition to my shorts collection.
Watercolored floral summer shorts.
I'm in love with them!
But they're just too memorable to wear them out often!

Back when I was a kid, I went through this crazy phase of wearing the same frigging favourite outfit out whenever it came out from the wash.
A few weekends later, the mother decides that she's had enough with THAT outfit, that she dealt the ultimatum to me.
She said"
"Either you change out of that damn thing, or we're not going out."
whaaaa I was a heart broken kid.

I must have been scarred for life, for I never repeated my outfit in a week, and I actually remember what I wear when I last met every single person.
Actually to think about it, My outfits rarely repeats in the same month.

Wahahahha...

The mother now sings a different tune

"STOP BUYING! your wardrobe is bursting!"
Seriously,  the woman is such a tough nut to please.
zzz...

Going Bohemian, I guessed I got my tan on the last day of Beer Fest.
I love my long long long white bohemian dress to bits.
They're alittle too big for me though.

Bohemian casuals
White bohemian dress from Fox (2010 collection)
white hairband
Pink beige clutch
stacked Platform shoes
Raybans
and white gold arm candies

The day my bag died outfit
Donut hair.
Aviator shades in baby blue
mphosis asymmetrical top in white
Cotton on Navy shorts
Braided white belt
my beige dead bag.
#le sigh

Headed out to the pet farm with C, and that was the last time I saw/used my bag.
They died.
Seriously, I bought them at the start of 2012, and its barely end of june, and it's RIP-ed
All I did was to carry some baby dinosaurs (like real!)  in them and the handles died.
Kapoosh

After the trip to the pet farm, I kiaped (grasp) my beloved bag under my armpits and sent it back
to the store.
I've been told that it was a design flaw that that caused the handles to fall off.
Now i'm told to select another bag from their store of the same retail value.
Whaaaaat?!

I just want my bag back please!
Im super loyal like that.
Even though the mother is super impressed with their customer service after she heard my rants.
Meeh.
#unimpressed.

Impressive would be them making the effort to alter the design flaw for me.
Hmpf!
Dont get me wrong.
I'm not demanding, I just have high expectations.

---
Finally! we're done with me!me! me!
Moving on to my zoo,
I gave Trixie a heart shaped fur-ttoo with just a pair of scissors.
I do not own a shaver in the house, and scared to death about slicing the dog with the open blade.
Hence forth just pure scissor work.

MLP inspired!
same initials ok!
My Little Puppy vs My Little Pony!

I'm growing her fur long until further notice.
I seriously wonder how a long haired schnauzer look like.
Perhaps a black sheep.
How cute!

The brother is unimpressed with my latest fur cut for Trixie.
Guys just dont get it.
My little pony is my childhood cartoon and mythical creature, just because they are so pretty with the tinself hair and all!

I added tinsel strands onto my hair years back, and it was the same story.
Guys gave me the WTF! eyebrow expression, and girls goes omg!
Rwar!

My pretty bunneee
He was grouchy as usual.
Perhaps he thinks its manly for bunnee to look grouchy?
#Emofurbag.
The dog's looking emo too.
Been neglecting her over work lately, and she'll trot over to me armed with this face, to earn  some real human attention.

Apparently distracted displays of affection (involves alot of computer staring and absent mindedly stroking her) does not pacify the attention liking doggie at all.
Hahaha

Priceless moment!
So happy to get a price tag on her nose.

Made her a pair of bunny ear cap, just because I want it, and the fastest way was to sew them myself, than to hunt them off ebay.

okay, bye!
Til the next breather!

Back after Beer fest

I'm alive!
The short hiatus was from the lack of energy and time to post.
Been busy with the Beerfest 2012!
I survived all 4 days and am extremely glad that my girls did well in the past 4 days.
*beams*
So so so thankful that the event went smoothly with the minor hiccups from one of my girl with an untimely toothache.
 :(

I know I said 4 days right! But I lost my orange tag from Thursday.
#Icancountmytagsokay!

It seems like time's constantly travelling on the express lane, as it was like a blink when I went for the 2011 Beerfest..
Raving on and on about the lychee beer from North Taiwan.
Well I drank it for 4 whole days this year, and looking at the bottles of Lychee beer in my fridge, i'm feeling overdosed now.
Dont get me wrong, I'm never an alcoholic.
I just enjoy tasting beer, not consuming in large quantities.

Fooled around with my hair and accessories in preparation of the photoshoot.
Found this random picture, so Tadaaaa!
Zero relevance to the Fest event.

Met my "manja" Trixie lately?
She decided that the most comfortable position would usually involved laying her body parts on her human.
I found a tiny tee shirt from my stash of randomies picked up from my days working in GAP's sourcing office.
Doggie is currently the happy recipient of my mustard tee for Toddlers.
She looks like a monkey whenever she wears the Tee.
Mustard yellow is definitely not her color.

Went for E's birthday party, and I disliked all the wrappers I found at home and it was too late to head out and get nice ones, so I made do with everyday materials found at home, and here we go!
White printing paper + my lace stamp kit + stamp ink pad in metallic rose pink + origami paper in yellow + craft glue + quilling tool.
Did I ever mention that my real secret talent actually lies in paper creatives?
Just colored paper, craft glue and an inspiration - I'll be entertained for hours or even days!
Hahahha.
It's just too bad that no one really gives a hoot about what can be created with just mere paper and glue!

Ending the post with Trixie looking very cute.
She wanted to check out my eyelash curler out of curiousity, therefore the crossed eyes and curious face.
*sniff sniff sniff*

Of Dusty Sheets and Sensitive Skin

I woke up in the middle of the night feeling like an itchy monkey, and therefore writing this post instead of sleeping at 7am in the morning is super loser.
Hahaha!

This is what I get when I attempt sleep in sheets that are 1 month 5 days old. :(
Anything past a monthish, it would feel as if I'm sleeping in a bed of feathery crawly worms.
It gets so bad, that I'd get jolted awake from the persistent itch that I get all over, and here I am!

Wehhhh :(

I'm not sure what is the exact cause of the itchy scratchy feeling, but I figured it might just be dust?!!
#The Awkward Moment when you realize that you are allergic to dust.
It's as if there is a dirt-meter embedded somewhere and once it hits a certain amount of grime, and I'll just become little miss itchy monkey!

I never fail to itch whenever I pack up neglected corners, or partake in spring cleaning and stuff.

I'm ruling out dirt, because I ALWAYS shower before I crawl into bed everynight.
The dog has no access to the bed + I've always had this problem even before Trixie arrived
So it's either dust, dustmites and other microscopic friends - the rainbow vacuum woman once showed me very very very disgusting stuff from her product demo that she did at my place.
Rwar!!!

For that, I'll always have to thank the demo lady for planting the mental image of "a dust mite population having a wild rave party, at the expense of my erm...dead skin flakes/skin cells/skin whatever.
Like a full moon party.
ZzzzzzZzz..

It has nothing to do with my mental psych, as I'll be dead asleep for a few hours, and next thing I know I'd be up scratching up a storm!

On other news, this is my only consolation from the workout I had at the break of dawn.
New sheets! :D

On totally irrelevant news, meet my byproduct from Mac-binge-ing.
Just one more MacKitty to go!
