A day with the brother

I spent saturday hanging out with the brother at home, doing nonsensical stuff!
He was helping out with my weekly little Zoo cleaning up routine, when I had this "brilliant" idea of popping corn kernels!
So there we go, 2 tiny little dried corn-ings and a smiley brother!
Close up of our subject!
2 little corn-lings sitting in the microwave...
Jabbed at a few keys, and hey presto!
Popped corn's on its way!
Well you probably wondered where we found the corn-lings from...
Which leads me to......Heheh.... a fresh packet of golden corn for the little zoo to nibble on!!
hahahahaha! ( Oops! Mom wasnt quite thrilled to know that her microwave has been sacrificed for our short little experiment/entertainment - but she wasn't home until much later in the evening anyway!)
It all started with a few corns-lings that was detatched frm the cob.... and came my awesome idea of popping it for fun la! *sheepish smile*
Here we have the packaging of my ingredient!
Vitakraft's golden corn nibbles for little animals like bunnies and guinea pigs!
It comes with a handy clip to latch onto the cage grills for easy nibbling, and Look how happy the bunny is, nibbling his new treat! :D
but after 2minutes-ish.... i ran back to the kitchen, only to be greeted by....

a pathetic sight! *sigh*
I thought to myself, perhaps the timing wasn't long enough, and so i tried it for a second time!

*double sigh* the corn's just gotten more charred, and the microwave oven was emitting charred smells, and that's when i gave up and chucked the charred corn-lings away.
Such sad Corny idea. :(

Shouldn't the corn pop like the packeted ones available at the supermarket?
I do not understand why!!!

Now that project popped corn had failed, i moved on to project beautifying the brother!
( I actually remember how sad i was when I had bad skin...so I feel for the brother now...)
Therefore, I've decided to slather peel off charcoal masque onto his skin, in an attempt to decongest his pores alittle!
Seriously, i waited for the longest time for the masque to dry up, and it never quite did!
Sweaty nosed brother = never a moment of dry face = masque not drying up.
I gave up waiting for his nose to dry up, and started peeling the stuff away! I'd say that
peeling off was rather successful, with the exception of the sweaty nose bit!
Hahah!
I banned the dood from laughing, and this was his best shot. Hur!

This marks the end of "ka -jiao-ing" my brother for a day.
Lalalal!
