It's such a miserable experience... makes me feel like im dying ( okay im exaggerating,im not dying).
It all started out with a slight hint of sore throat when i woke up at 1pm, to get dressed up for Council's Bi-annual Meeting. The sore throat then stayed on, bringing along it's friend "Headache", to stay for tea break... Headache made me feel bad and unfocused, so instead of joining Adrian, jane, Bernard and Justin at Bugis after the meeting, i decided to go home to nap for alittle while, hoping that headache would go away!
Im not sure if it was the Panadol, or the napping that made headache disappear, i woke up for dinner feeling alittle groggy, but way better. Dinner with mommy and her boss, at this yucky shabu shabu dinner was not a very good experience, it's a mistake, especially when you know that sore throat is here to stay.
Headache came back again later in the night with fever, while i was out with beanie.. As usual, it's a horrible feeling, so i went home after our supper with Winston. The minute i reached home, i plopped right into bed, then woke up, took lots of water, and more panadol, and slept.
Sleeping was rather difficult for me, as headache, fever and sorethroat was having a raging party! They partied all night long, til the wee hours in the morning. That's when i took the opportunity to rest and eventually fall asleep til like now..
i woke up groggy, but feeling much better. Guess fever is exhausted from the partying, so it's just headache and sorethroat left.. Boo!aching body and muscles, makes me lerthargic.
Yet staying at home to rest is definitely not an option, Coz there'e absolutely nothing to do, and im not gonna sit around and blog all day (besides, i've got nothing to blog about, except to bitch about how miserable im feeling). The air at home is stuffy and stale, and i don't think i'll wanna go lie down any longer.
I'm quite sure that another kind of headache would evolve around, if i were to go lie down for another 30 mins. You know, it's the kind of headache that you'll get, when you sleep for too long... Yeah..
Guess i'll go dress up, pop another panadol, and get ready for dinner.
Im not gonna stay home and be sick and miserable... No im not!
